Position Overview:
The Senior Associate will work as Muskaan Dreams' district-level representative and a partner to the District Education Department. The individual will be responsible for building strong collaboration with district and block-level stakeholders, contextualising program, and driving end-to-end program implementation through government systems.
The role will focus on translating state-level vision into district-level by co-creating implementation plans with officials, strengthening ownership among stakeholders, facilitating coordination across the system, and ensuring that program activities are effectively embedded within existing government structures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
District Partnership & Government Collaboration
  • Lead strategic engagement with district education stakeholders to drive programme ownership and implementation.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with district officials, BEOs, BRPs, DIET faculty, school leaders, and academic support structures.
  • Develop a deep understanding of district priorities, challenges, and opportunities related to digital education.
  • Facilitate alignment between program objectives and district goals.
  • Ensure regular review, planning, and coordination meetings with government stakeholders.
Programme Contextualisation & Implementation:
  • Contextualise the program, training plan, support structures, and engagement models based on the context.
  • Co-create annual and quarterly implementation plans with district stakeholders.
  • Ensure programme interventions remain relevant, practical, and aligned with field realities.
  • Identify implementation risks and propose solutions.
  • Capture learnings and provide feedback to state team
  • Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on program activities, progress, and outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual program reports.
  • Maintain case studies and success stories.
  • Develop presentations and review documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support donor and government reporting requirements.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Data Analytics

  • Design and implement district monitoring plan.
  • Track teacher engagement, training participation, classroom adoption, and digital content utilization.
  • Analyse programme data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve programme implementation.

ICT Support & Coordination

  • Establish and manage district-level support mechanisms for ICT implementation.
  • Track infrastructure challenges related to devices, connectivity, and digital content access.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely issue resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of working closely with government officials and agencies.
  • Experience in delivering training programs.
  • Proficient in using and implementing digital education tools and platforms.
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with educational policies and standards.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to manage large-scale implementation projects.

Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in project management or education technology are a plus.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector.
  • Experience working with government or public school systems is highly desirable.
