Gladia builds the audio AI infrastructure behind the new generation of voice products. Our mission is to give every voice platform true conversational intelligence — the audio infrastructure that understands every conversation, turning voice into the world's most valuable data layer.
Our API turns real-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR, across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency.
Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard).
Headquartered in vibrant tech hubs like Paris and New York City, Gladia has been by OVH Groupe — Europe's leading cloud provider — and now operates as a fully autonomous brand and company within the Group.
We're guided by four values:
Honest — Say the real thing, kindly.
Smart — Work smart, ship fast.
Builders — Own your scope, build to last.
Caring — Support people, take pride in the craft.
AI is at the core of our product — and increasingly at the core of how we design. Our brand runs on a custom system that's prompt-driven and code-native. The depth of this role is in scaling it, keeping our identity sharp and consistent across every touchpoint, extending it into video, and supporting our growing set of internal products.
That means working with a high degree of autonomy. You anticipate needs, reach out directly to the teams you support without waiting to be briefed, and you've already run a brand on your own — comfortable managing external partners when needed, and used to moving fast.
It also means strong web skills are non-negotiable: our website is hand-coded (Next.js, HTML, CSS) in Cursor and hosted on Vercel, so comfort with Cursor or an equivalent IDE is a prerequisite, alongside real fluency and curiosity around AI tools.
Own Gladia's brand identity end-to-end across our website, marketing materials, decks, and video
Design and build our website directly in code (Next.js, HTML, CSS), working in an IDE like Cursor and shipping through GitHub, deployed on Vercel
Operate and extend our AI-powered design system, using prompting as a core creative tool alongside traditional design craft
Push our web presence toward richer, more immersive and interactive experiences
Extend our visual identity into new formats, in particular video
Contribute design support to internal tools such as GladiaFlow and Compare STT
Move fast and deliver independently across a wide range of formats
Senior brand design experience, ideally at a startup, having owned a brand end-to-end rather than executed against an existing brand book
A portfolio that shows systems thinking: a cohesive identity with real range across web, video, decks, and brand — not a handful of one-off pieces
Fluency with Cursor (or an equivalent IDE), confident enough with code to review and ship changes via GitHub
A real, hands-on relationship with AI tools in your design workflow — genuine daily use, not occasional dabbling
The ability to build a distinct visual language for a technical, abstract product, without leaning on stock photography or literal product screenshots
Sharp, fast decision-making, with the ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind your choices
Fluent English
Experience managing external vendors or freelancers
Background in B2B SaaS or deep tech, where the product itself is hard to visualize
Based in or open to working on-site in Paris, as a big plus
The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from 65K to 85K base salary
Hybrid work from our offices in the heart of Paris (no compulsory office days)
Lunch vouchers (approx. 200€/month)
An allowance of 360€/year for your sports activities
An allowance of 300€ for the adaptation of your workstation
Health insurance (100% coverage) and a pension contract for you & your family
Flexible vacation policy
