About this role
We’re not hiring someone to take notes in workshops. We’re hiring people who can sit across from a CFO, understand what “better planning” means for their business, and drive that into a clear, documented solution the delivery team can execute.
You don’t need deep EPM tool experience to apply. If you have strong business analysis rigor and finance fluency, you’re a fit — and you’ll be equipped with SDG’s proprietary AI accelerators to speed up discovery, analysis, and documentation.
What you’ll own
• Run discovery sessions with finance and business stakeholders and turn ambiguous asks into clear, prioritized scope.
• Produce decision-ready documentation — BRDs, FRDs, user stories, as-is/to-be process maps, and gap analyses the build team can act on without re-interpreting.
• Use SDG’s AI assets to accelerate requirements capture, analysis, and documentation — and apply your judgment to make the output sharp.
• Bridge business and technical teams so the solution solves the real problem.
• Define success metrics up front and drive the engagement to a measurable, value-generating outcome.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in business analysis, finance transformation, or finance/FP&A roles.
• Strong finance literacy — budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, allocations, or variance analysis.
• Proven BA rigor: structured discovery, clean documentation, gap analysis, stakeholder management.
• A delivery mindset and excellent written communication.
Nice to have (we’ll teach you)
• Exposure to an enterprise EPM platform — or appetite to learn one fast.
• Consulting background, GCC/MENA experience, Arabic, relevant certifications (CBAP/CCBA, FP&A).
