Senior Business Development Specialist (User Growth)

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development & Partnership Specialist who is passionate about stock investing and skilled at planning both online and offline activities. Through collaboration with KOLs, local Chinese-speaking communities, and brand partnerships, you will directly drive high-quality user growth in the Singapore market.

We're looking for a versatile connector — someone who can confidently take the stage to share insights, and also engage one-on-one with users to answer questions and build long-term trust. You will own the full funnel, from acquisition and conversion to user retention. We expect you to have solid investment knowledge and hands-on trading experience, familiarity with local Chinese-speaking investor communities and relevant channel resources, and the ability to consistently deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage Chinese-speaking communities and channel resources in line with the company's business direction, consistently driving user growth and conversion.
• Lead partnership negotiations and proposal development, ensuring alignment with business goals, and take ownership of final acquisition and conversion outcomes.
• Independently plan and host online and offline investor-education activities for local Chinese-speaking communities, delivering content to target users and driving direct conversion.
• Manage and nurture acquired users — boosting engagement and retention through ongoing interaction, Q&A, and customer support, and assisting with product-related issues when needed.
• Optimize partnership and activity strategies through data analysis to continuously improve acquisition results and ROI.
• Stay on top of industry trends, proactively uncover new partnership opportunities, and support other channel-marketing initiatives to serve overall business growth.

Requirements

• Strong public-speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to independently host investor-education sessions, energize the audience, and drive conversion.
• Familiarity with local Chinese-speaking investor communities, along with relevant channel resources and hands-on user-acquisition experience, enabling measurable business growth.
• Solid investment knowledge and real trading experience, with genuine understanding of and passion for the stock market.
• Excellent negotiation and partner-relationship management skills, plus experience in customer operations/retention; results-oriented.
• Strong data-analysis skills, able to track key metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• A sharp sense for content marketing, with familiarity with local Chinese-language social media and content ecosystems.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity, results-first environment; resilient under pressure with strong execution.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
