Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the implementation, support, and enhancement of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design system solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to streamline HR processes.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct user training and prepare documentation for business users.
- Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Implementation & Support) in a Functional Consultant role
- Expertise in Payroll and OTL modules
- Excellent Fast Formula skills in Payroll and ideally OTL as well
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM data model, security, workflows, and personalization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Mandatory - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with clients and teams.
- Mandatory - Experience of working directly with the customer business users/IT teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
