About this role
- Managing end to end search process, execution of critical mandates, final candidate assessment and career development and meeting client expectations and delivery
- Partnering successfully with clients for hiring at C-Suite and strategic levels to help them meet their business objectives
- He/She will be part of internal strategy discussion team to chalk out plans and strategies to execute projects and team building initiatives
- Working directly with project owners on different consulting services for Athena which include compensation benchmarking, due diligence, project hiring etc.
- Spearheading the entire project life cycle of executing CXO search including role specifications, designing search strategies, mapping client inputs on recommended core competencies to identify best talent in the marketplace, profiling & shortlisting of candidates including the final selection
- Delivering high quality work, which includes briefing, assessing & making detailed assessment reports that meets the organizations standards and client's expectations
- Leading, mentoring, and training team to ensure that team adheres to systems and processes
- Managing conflict in a respectful, optimistic way create the chance for growth and learning within an organization
- Leading the original research and exploring out-of-the-box directions for executive search projects
- Managing key relationships with some of the leading global multinational organizations, reputed India’s leading business houses and start up
- Actively working on organization development initiatives—Search process re-engineering, Internal quality team, managing internal hiring etc.
