The Team: 

The ERM team provides solutions to measure, analyze, and control  macro risks that financial institutions are taking with their capital market activities. It covers market risk, credit risk, risk control, and xVA management along with the regulatory suites. 

The team delivers tailored solutions to our clients through pre-sales, implementations and production support.  

 

What you’ll do​: 

 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing delivery team, setting a vision for long-term success and professional growth. 

  • Act as a Stream Lead for implementations, guiding projects from scoping and design to completion. 

  • Act as the primary expert and trusted advisor on his/her BPC areas of expertise, providing in-depth guidance to client teams. 

  • ​Proactively anticipate client issues, communicate effectively with key users, and advocate for their needs within Murex to ensure their success. 

  • ​Coaching and mentoring junior consultants to foster their growth and development. 

  • Collaborate effectively across different domains to ensure integrated platform design and optimized performance during projects. 

  • ​Lead internal meetings and training sessions to transfer knowledge, share best practices, and keep stakeholders informed.

  • ​Actively contributes to knowledge capitalization efforts, including presales activities, project documentation, and internal newsletters. 

  • Drive product evolution by communicating gaps and client feedback to our PES teams.

Who you are​: 

  • Over 7 years of experience in Murex, specifically related to ERM, ideally in PFE/XVA 

  • Proven experience acting as a stream lead on Medium to large-sized implementations. 

  • Team management experience is preferred

  • Recognized as a "go-to" expert in your field, both internally and by clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members. 

  • Exceptional client orientation with the ability to assess decisions from the client's perspective and add value. 

  • ​Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with key client stakeholders. 

  • A drive for excellence, with a track record of setting high-performance standards and achieving superior results. 

Compensation for roles at Murex varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Murex provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Toronto, as set forth below 

Salary Range: CAD 120,000 to CAD 140,000
