Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant
- 6+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle EBS Financials, with strong working knowledge of AR, AP, GL, FA, and CM
- Proven track record of at least 2 full-cycle implementation projects covering requirements gathering through go-live.
- Demonstrated experience solutioning directly with customers/business stakeholders — running workshops, capturing requirements, and translating them into functional designs (FDDs)
- Strong understanding of cross-module integration points (e.g., AP-GL, AR-CM, FA-GL sub-ledger accounting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to present confidently to customer stakeholders and produce clear, structured documentation
- Ability to independently lead fit-gap analysis, configuration, and UAT support with minimal oversight
- Experience working closely with technical teams for RICEW components (functional specs for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment with tight timelines and direct customer exposure
- Oracle EBS certification in atleast one of the modules is ideal
- Support/AMS experience is preferred, not mandatory
