Senior Cost Engineer

As a Senior Cost Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost management and financial performance of construction projects. You will develop cost estimates, analyze project expenditures, and provide insights and recommendations to ensure project profitability. You will collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of cost engineering align with our organization's strategic objectives.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

·       A minimum of 13 years of experience in cost engineering or project controls, preferably in the construction industry.

·       Proficiency in cost management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
