Senior Data Analyst

You will drive data quality initiatives, lead complex research efforts, deliver business-critical insights, and help shape the future of our data operations through the application of AI and automation. We're looking for a motivated professional with experience in research, data management, and analytical problem solving who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about financial markets, data quality, and continuous improvement.
Role Responsibilities :
Conduct in-depth research across institutional investors, consultants, RIAs, family offices, endowments, foundations, pension funds, and other investment organizations to identify and maintain key investment decision-makers and influencer relationships.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of key contact datasets by performing ongoing data validation, quality assurance, and enrichment activities.
Lead and support data quality initiatives designed to improve coverage, efficiency, scalability, and overall client value.
Leverage AI-powered technologies and modern data tools—including Snowflake, Power BI, Databricks, GitHub, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging platforms—to streamline workflows, find opportunities for automation, and improve operational performance.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, coverage gaps, research opportunities, and actionable business insights!
Prepare and deliver contact-related reporting, presentations, dashboards, and analytical summaries for internal customers, senior leadership, and client-facing teams.
Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Client Success teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Serve as a domain expert on institutional investment contacts, industry structures, firm hierarchy, and key decision-making personas!
Support the oversight, training, and day-to-day coordination of contractor resources to ensure quality standards, productivity expectations, and project objectives are met.
Investigate and resolve complex data issues, customer concern requests, and customer inquiries while proactively finding opportunities for process improvement.
Document research methodologies, data standards, and best practices to promote consistency and operational excellence across the team.
Act as a trusted partner to internal customers by providing guidance on data interpretation, methodology, and industry trends.
We expect you to have:
- Experience 3 to 4 years
- Experience using SQL and PowerBI
- Experience with AI data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks or GitHub
- Experience with eVestment or with the Institutional investment industry, in general, (e.g. with an asset manager, consultant, investor, or financial data provider) is a plus
