Job Summary

    The Senior Delivery Director, RPO serves as the executive leader for assigned client partnerships, responsible for driving strategic delivery, operational excellence, and long-term account growth. This role builds trusted relationships with client executives, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams while ensuring alignment with contractual commitments, workforce objectives, and financial targets.

    The Senior Delivery Director provides strategic leadership to Operations Managers and recruiting teams, overseeing service delivery, client satisfaction, program performance, and account profitability. Acting as a consultative workforce advisor, this leader identifies opportunities to expand services, strengthen partnerships, and deliver innovative talent solutions that support client workforce strategies.

    The role owns the overall P&L for assigned accounts and collaborates closely with Sales, Client Services, Operations, and RPO Leadership to achieve revenue growth, retention, and operational goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    Client Leadership & Strategic Partnership

    • Serve as the executive point of contact for assigned RPO clients, building strong relationships with executive and operational stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by providing workforce insights, talent market intelligence, and strategic recommendations to support client business objectives.
    • Lead client governance, executive business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and service enhancements.
    • Resolve escalated client concerns and drive long-term partnership success.

    Operations & Delivery Leadership

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to Operations Managers responsible for recruiting teams and day-to-day delivery.
    • Ensure delivery teams meet contractual obligations, service-level agreements, quality standards, and performance goals.
    • Drive accountability through performance reviews, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Monitor recruiting performance metrics, workforce trends, and operational effectiveness to optimize delivery outcomes.
    • Lead change management initiatives and operational transformations to improve efficiency and service excellence.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.

    Financial & Business Management

    • Maintain ownership of account P&L performance, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
    • Analyze financial performance, forecasting, and workforce metrics to identify improvement opportunities and maximize return on investment.
    • Partner with leadership to develop strategies that support account growth, margin improvement, and retention.
    • Manage a portfolio of accounts with significant revenue responsibility.

    Business Development & Growth

    • Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through additional service offerings, workforce solutions, and strategic consulting.
    • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams on expansions, renewals, referrals, and new business pursuits.
    • Participate in client presentations, RFP responses, and solution design discussions.
    • Leverage industry knowledge and workforce expertise to support market growth initiatives.
    • Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive market dynamics.

    Leadership & Team Development

    • Mentor and develop Operations Managers and delivery leaders to build high-performing teams.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and customer focus.
    • Lead leadership meetings, training initiatives, and operational reviews to align teams to business objectives.
    • Promote talent development and succession planning within the organization.

    Qualifications

      Education & Years of Experience

      • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, recruitment marketing, workforce solutions, healthcare staffing, RPO, or healthcare recruiting; OR
      • 5 + years of leadership experience managing recruiting, operations, account management, or delivery teams.
      • Experience managing executive-level client relationships and strategic workforce initiatives.
      • Experience owning or influencing P&L performance, revenue growth, and profitability.
      • Experience managing healthcare client accounts with annual revenue responsibility of $2.5M+

      Additional Experience

      • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) leadership experience.
      • Healthcare workforce solutions, MSP, VMS, or talent consulting experience.
      • Health system, hospital, or healthcare provider talent acquisition experience.
      • Strategic account management and workforce consulting expertise.
      • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed recruiting and operations teams.
      • Clinical or allied healthcare background preferred.

      Work Environment / Physical Requirements

      • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

        Pay Rate

        $115,500 - $144,000 Salary

        Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
