Senior Development Engineer

Project Delivery and Promotion of New Technologies：  Establish Project-Specific Technical Goals and Development Tasks Based on Overall Project Objectives, Plan Project Timelines, and Drive Execution.  Engage in Comprehensive Communication with Customers, Product Strategic Planning Teams, and Other Departments to Understand the Potential Future Market of Ongoing Products.  Support Customer Technical Exchanges, Auto Shows, Technology Exhibitions, and Other New Technology Promotion Activities. Product Pre-research and Development:  Collect Innovative Concepts Based on Project Development Goals, Share Historical Experiences, and Guide Development Engineers in Designing Potential Technical Solutions.  Lead DFMEA and CPA Analyses, Review Experimental Outlines, and Design New Experiments as Needed.  Lead the Establishment of Technical Solution Evaluation Criteria and Complete the Evaluation of Technical Solutions.  Guide Engineers in Completing 2D and 3D Drawings.  Organize Design Reviews and Evaluate Design Proposals, Experimental Results, etc.  Evaluate the Standardization and Rationality of Dimensional Chains.  Support Process Development Engineers in Completing the Development and Validation of New Processes.  Support Patent Engineers in Patent Circumvention, Patent Mining, and Patent Layout Activities.  Support Procurement in Developing New Suppliers Not Yet Integrated into the System and Introduce New Technologies.  Support Procurement and Cost Accounting Teams in Completing Product Cost Analyses.  Lead Cooperation, Communication, and Review Activities with Global Technical Centers.  Undertake Other Development Projects or Team-Related Tasks. Personal Ability Development and Enhancement:  Acquire New Knowledge and Skills Required for Project Development in a Timely Manner.  Continuously Improve Communication Skills and Maintain Effective Communication with Various Departments, Technical Centers, Customers, and Suppliers.  Continuously Enhance Organizational and Coordination Skills, Drive Team Members and Relevant Departments to Coordinate Work and Complete Project Deliverables.  Lead Specific Project Planning Activities to Fully Understand the Entire Business Processes Related to New Products.
