As our Technical Support Specialist (Senior Electrician), you'll become the main point of contact for Norwegian installers and customers, helping us understand their challenges and needs so we can make our customers the happiest in the world.
You'll work at the heart of our Customer Excellence team — the everyday heroes for our partners, customers, and colleagues alike — handling technical support, training, and knowledge-sharing across the Norwegian market.

Short-term
Build strong knowledge of Easee products, systems, and support processes.
Establish trusted relationships with Norwegian installers, partners, and end users.
Deliver timely, accurate, customer-focused support, and see inquiries through to resolution.
Long-term
Support continuous improvement across Customer Excellence by sharing recurring issues and customer insights with relevant internal teams.
Contribute to high customer and partner satisfaction across the Norwegian market.
Improve the quality and availability of troubleshooting guidance, knowledge articles, and training material.
What you need to bring along
Must-Haves
Relevant vocational or technical education, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
Good technical understanding and the ability to communicate clearly.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
Customer-focused, structured, curious, and solution-oriented.
Nice-to-Haves
Background as an electrician or similar technical trade.
Experience in customer support, preferably within technology.
Experience with electrical installation, EV charging, or related technology.
Swedish or Danish language skills.
