As a Senior Experience Designer at Code and Theory, you are crucial to evolving how users interact with digital platforms. You'll lead the creation of not just compelling deliverables but impactful solutions that reshape our understanding of user experiences in the digital landscape. Your role will leverage data and research insights to optimize platform performance and drive broader strategic innovation. In this role, you will also mentor junior and mid-level designers, setting the bar for craft and helping shape the next generation of talent in experience design.

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 – $115,000 and spans multiple levels. We're open to hiring at the level that best matches the right candidate's experience. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, budget, and location.
