Export Executive / Senior Export Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive / Senior Export Executive to manage export operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and international shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation, customs procedures, export incentives, and shipment planning within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth execution of export processes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.
Handle end-to-end export documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth shipment execution.
Manage export incentive applications and related documentation.
Process and monitor Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) and other export-related compliance requirements.
Plan and coordinate container movements, shipment schedules, and logistics activities.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.
Handle purchase-related activities associated with export operations.
Draft professional emails and maintain communication with international customers and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipment status.
Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Support management with export reports and operational updates.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Export Documentation and International Logistics.
Experience working in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
Hands-on experience with BRC, export incentives, and CHA documentation.
Knowledge of container planning and shipment coordination.
Excellent communication and email drafting skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation processes.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
