About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our client, a CPG/e-commerce snack & candy brand. In this role, you will help build the financial foundation of a fast-growing, US-based snack company. This role supports strategic finance, cross-functional planning, cash flow management, as the company scales across DTC and retail. You’ll work directly with the Head of Finance on analysis, modeling, and execution. The role blends strategy and finance to turn data into decisions and help us scale across DTC and retail. Responsibilities
Strategic Finance- Build dynamic financial models that connect revenue drivers, margin levers, and cash flow needs across all channels
- Update weekly and monthly reporting across sales, margin, and cash flow performance
- Track and summarize key KPIs that measure how efficiently we’re scaling
Cash Flow & Liquidity Management- Help maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast with full visibility into inflows and outflows
- Assist in monitoring inventory, payables, and receivables to improve cash flow
Ad-Hoc Projects- Support cost optimization, pricing strategy, and capital allocation initiatives as the business scales
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop financial models for new product launches, pricing, and promotions
Other- This is a startup, so no task is too big or too small. Be ready to roll up your sleeves or button up your shirt, depending on what the day calls for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field
- 4+ years of experience with financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- Prior experience with e-commerce sales platforms like Shopify and Amazon is a plus
- The ability to operate independently while clearly communicating your priorities and initiatives to the rest of the team
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
- Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
- Ability to work in a US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight shift
