About this role

Trackman is the leading brand in its field, trusted by elite athletes worldwide. We’re growing and looking for a Senior Full Stack SDET who is passionate about quality engineering and excited to help test and improve world-class sports technology products.

This senior, full-stack quality engineering role spans backend API testing and frontend (Windows and web) application testing. You’ll combine strong automation skills with the ability to define end-to-end quality strategies across the Trackman ecosystem—from radar data pipelines to TM Performance Studio used by athletes and coaches worldwide.

You’ll join an international team and help elevate quality practices by mentoring peers, partnering closely with developers, product owners, and UI/UX designers, and championing a quality-first approach throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for both backend APIs (REST/GraphQL), web applications and Windows desktop applications

  • Architect end-to-end test strategies covering integration, system, performance, and regression testing

  • Lead test planning and review sessions within Agile/Scrum ceremonies alongside developers and product owners

  • Drive quality across the full stack: from data ingestion APIs and cloud services through to client-facing Windows/Web applications

  • Define and enforce test coverage standards, reporting metrics, and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)

  • Explore and implement AI-assisted testing techniques — including AI-generated test cases, intelligent test prioritisation, and anomaly detection — to increase testing efficiency and coverage

  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers and SDETs across the team

  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform engineers to embed testing earlier in the development pipeline (shift-left)

  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical architecture discussions from a testability perspective

  • Conduct exploratory and risk-based testing to uncover edge cases beyond automated suites

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent (bachelor's level minimum)

  • Has 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or SDET roles, with proven seniority in at least two of: backend API testing, desktop/Windows application testing, or test framework architecture

  • Is highly proficient in C# for test automation, with strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.

  • Has hands-on experience with API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., RestEaze, Postman, Playwright, SpecFlow, or similar)

  • Has experience testing Windows/Web based applications and understands UI automation frameworks

  • Is experienced with Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD platforms for pipeline integration and test reporting

  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose complex, cross-layer defects

AI & Emerging Technologies

  • Has experience with and understands how AI and machine learning concepts can be applied within a quality engineering context

It Will Also Be a Plus If You Have

  • Experience in the gaming or sports technology industry

  • Knowledge of radar, computer vision, or sensor data systems

  • Golf knowledge or broader sports interest — you don't need to be a pro, but a genuine passion for sports helps!

We Offer

  • A senior, high-impact role in which you will directly shape Trackman's quality engineering culture and practices

  • The chance to work with and test the world's leading sports tracking technology, trusted by elite athletes across golf, baseball, and football

  • A collaborative, cross-functional team with 40+ highly skilled colleagues from more than 35 nationalities

  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology — radar, computer vision, real-time data, and AI — in a unique product domain

  • An open, informal, and ambitious company culture where great ideas are heard and innovation is encouraged

  • Continuous learning and growth opportunities as Trackman scales

  • Social activities and a vibrant team culture
