Senior Functional/Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Functional/Data Analyst to support a strategic Control Room initiative within a leading financial institution. The project focuses on: · Risk monitoring · Automated control follow-up · Centralized dashboards · Workflow optimization · Data-driven decision support Requirements · Translate business needs into structured functional designs · Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Data stakeholders · Model and optimize processes · Design dashboards, alerts, data flows and reporting features · Support Agile delivery (refinement, sprint planning, testing) · Maintain clear documentation and acceptance criteria · Contribute to scalable and future-proof digital solutions Required Profile · 5+ years as Functional/Business Analyst · Experience in Banking or Insurance · Strong analytical and conceptual mindset · Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) · Strong stakeholder communication skills · Proficiency in SQL · Experience with Jira and collaboration tools · Fluent English · Strong Dutch Preferred · Risk/Compliance experience · BPMN/UML modelling · Experience with dashboarding tools (Power BI, Qlik, Splunk) · Understanding of data models and APIs
