Strategic consulting and support for international business units and local HR organizations on all HR-related issues in a global context
Leading and implementing group-wide HR projects and transformation initiatives, e.g., in the areas of organizational development, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits
Developing, harmonizing, and implementing global HR strategies, standards, processes, and guidelines to support corporate objectives
Management of international organizational and change management projects, as well as support for integration and growth initiatives
Analysis of global HR metrics, and the development and implementation of sustainable measures to increase employee retention, organizational effectiveness, and talent development
Coordination and management of collaboration with regional HR teams and relevant corporate functions to ensure a consistent global HR approach
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, business law, psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable strategic HR role in an international environment
Extensive experience in leading and implementing global HR projects and transformation initiatives
A strong understanding of international HR processes as well as collaboration with diverse cultures and stakeholders
Experience advising Leadership and collaborating with regional HR teams and corporate functions
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of communication, consulting, and project management skills, as well as the ability to successfully manage change
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
