  • Collaborate with Compliance Managers to maintain award data accuracy and integrity, proactively resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions that support institutional and sponsor compliance.
  • Manage outgoing subaward setup in eGrants, including indirect cost calculations using Modified Total Direct Cost (MTDC), in accordance with sponsor requirements, institutional policies, and negotiated rate agreements.
  • Assist with Uniform Guidance audits, sponsor desk audits, and other internal or external compliance reviews, as needed.
  • Review and manage incoming requests through the Award Data Management PDL daily, and triage external sponsor award notices and other communications through the SponsorP mailbox.
  • Assist with ERP implementation and system optimization, including data cleanup and the resolution of system integration issues related to award setup and data integrity.
  • Support the Manager, Research and Project Administration by documenting new business processes through standard operating procedures and creating workflows for operational improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sponsored programs administration, with comprehensive knowledge of research compliance requirements and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
  • Working knowledge of electronic research administration systems, preferably Huron eGrants.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
