The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Senior HR Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role requires someone who takes complete ownership of HR processes, is proactive in problem-solving, and is comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving setup. This position handles employee recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and updating HR policies, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting organizational culture and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Management in HR: Partner with leadership to translate business goals into people strategies covering workforce planning, headcount and budgeting, talent retention, and culture-building; use HR data and analytics to advise on organizational structure and decisions, and proactively identify people-risks and opportunities to shape long-term HR strategy
- Policy & Compliance: Draft, review, and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational needs and legal requirements, ensuring 100% communication and documentation of updates; maintain a centralized policy repository and conduct periodic reviews to ensure relevance, clarity, and compliance
- Performance Management: Implement and drive KRA/KPI frameworks across teams, ensure timely completion of performance review cycles, coordinate with stakeholders for evaluations, and maintain accurate performance records to support data-driven decision-making
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Strengthen employee experience by conducting regular check-ins, feedback surveys, and engagement initiatives; analyze feedback data to identify trends and gaps, present actionable insights to management, and drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, collaboration, and employee satisfaction
- Payroll, Attendance & Benefits: Manage and validate monthly attendance, resolve discrepancies prior to payroll processing, and execute accurate payroll through HRMS tools (e.g., Keka); ensure timely salary disbursement, maintain payroll records, and administer employee benefits including insurance, leave, and wellness programs while addressing employee queries
- Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs through performance insights and feedback, design and implement structured learning initiatives, and facilitate training sessions and workshops to drive continuous learning, skill enhancement, and employee growth
- HR Operations: Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including reference checks, onboarding documentation, employee records management (HRMS and physical), internal transfers, and exits, while ensuring process efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement; act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the complete employee journey, from offer acceptance and pre-boarding through onboarding, confirmation, career progression, internal mobility, and exit, as a single point of accountability; coordinate across recruitment, operations, payroll, and L&D at each milestone, and use lifecycle data to continuously improve the employee experience and flag retention risks early
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including Job Description creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, and offer rollout, while maintaining a structured hiring pipeline and ensuring a seamless, positive candidate experience; design and execute a well-structured onboarding program that enables smooth integration of new hires into the organization’s culture, values, and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Mandatory 4-5 years of hands-on HR experience across HR operations, Talent Acquisition and People Management
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems, and best practices
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and dynamic environment
