Advantech is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our business in Linkou. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people strategies, strengthen organizational capabilities, and enhance employee and organizational performance.
As a trusted advisor and change partner, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Shared Services, and other HR partners to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions and support the continued growth and transformation of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, understand their priorities and challenges, and develop HR solutions aligned with business needs.
- Partner with leaders on key people and organizational matters, including workforce planning, talent development, performance management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, recognition, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and coordinate internal HR resources to ensure effective and consistent solution delivery. Support organizational transformation and change-management initiatives, from strategic HR programs to process improvements, ensuring successful implementation and measurable organizational impact.
- Collaborate with HR COEs, Shared Services, and fellow HRBPs to implement HR policies, programs, processes, and best practices in alignment with business strategies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career development, performance, engagement, and workplace matters.
- Use business and people insights to identify organizational risks, capability gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including solid knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two major HR disciplines. Experience in talent development, organizational development, employee relations, and workplace dispute resolution is highly preferred.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and translating business priorities into people and organizational solutions.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to balance strategic thinking with effective execution.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or cross-functional HR projects is preferred.
- Business-level English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
