Join our international team as a Senior HR Specialist (Total Rewards & Performance Management) in Lithuania.

The Senior HR Specialist (Total Rewards & Performance Management) is responsible for Total Rewards and Performance Management processes across the organization. Working closely with managers, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business stakeholders, the role ensures accurate workforce and compensation data, consistent application of HR policies and practices, and effective support for salary review, budgeting, forecasting and organizational structure management.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the performance management cycle, including planning, communication, system setup, timelines, reporting, coordinating calibrations, and support to managers
  • Administer compensation and benefits processes, including health insurance, allowances, reward and recognition programs, and bonus-related data preparation and validation
  • Maintain salary ranges, grade maps, and support the annual salary review process through preparation, data accuracy, and collaboration with managers and Finance
  • Maintain accurate Salary files and ensure consistency between HRIS, payroll, and Finance records
  • Prepare HR related reports
  • Collaborate with Finance and Operational departments on budget preparation, salary forecasting, and reconciliation of HR data
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters, partnering with managers and business stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices
  • Act as the main point of contact for organizational structure management, maintaining FTE records and organizational charts while ensuring alignment between workforce data, reporting lines, and approved organizational changes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a global or fast-growing environment
  • Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to data accuracy
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Salary ranges 3330-4000 eur/gross/month
