Senior Implantologist and Prosthodontist

Position: Senior Consultant Implantologist & Prosthodontist – Clinical & Operational Role Location: Bangalore (base clinic + travel to

other clinics within city)

Compensation: Fixed + Incentives (for implant cases)

We are seeking an experienced Implantologist with a background in Prosthodontics to take on a dual role that combines advanced

clinical work with end-to-end oversight of a high-performing dental clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Implant & Prosthodontic Procedures

● Perform a wide range of implant treatments, including immediate implants, full mouth rehabilitations, and sinus lifts (direct

and indirect).

● Manage both temporary and final prostheses, ensuring proper fit, aesthetics, and patient comfort.

● Conduct minor oral surgeries such as extractions, impactions, cyst enucleation, and biopsies where required.

Patient Journey Management

● Lead consultations, diagnose cases, and plan treatments in coordination with lab and diagnostic teams (CBCT, scans, etc.).

● Provide pre-operative and post-operative care with thorough follow-ups.

● Support virtual consultations and case reviews through video or phone for implant cases.

● Ensure timely progression of each case, especially for long-term and multi-stage treatments.

Clinic Operations & Team Oversight

● Supervise day-to-day operations, including coordination with dental assistants, receptionists, and housekeeping staff.

● Ensure smooth appointment flow, cleanliness, equipment readiness, and adherence to clinical protocols.

● Maintain accurate documentation in CRMs (QCRM, NEO) for all patients and treatments.

● Track attendance and performance of clinic staff, coordinating with HR tools (e.g., Keka).

Cross-Clinic Support

● Visit other clinics in the city once or twice a week for implant procedures, reviews, or consultations as needed.

● Collaborate with internal teams to align treatment protocols and ensure uniform clinical standards across locations.

Marketing & Visibility

● Participate in offline initiatives to increase clinic footfall.

● Support content creation or visibility efforts with the central marketing team for digital promotions.

Requirements

● MDS (Prosthodontics) with 3+ years of implantology experience

● Successfully placed 300+ implants (including at least 30 immediate), 30+ full-mouth cases, and 30+ sinus lifts (combined)

● Strong clinical decision-making, team management, and communication skills

● Willingness to travel across clinics within the city

● Work Location: Bangalore In person at multiple Dezy centers.
