About this role

Who Are We?

RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.

We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.

RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.

Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst at RZR, you will operate with a high degree of independence and end-to-end ownership across all campaign functions. You will use strong analytical thinking to translate trends into clear insights and actions — proactively driving performance improvements, initiating optimizations, and developing testing strategies that improve both campaign results and client outcomes.

This is not a reactive role. You will maintain a disciplined daily monitoring cadence, identify anomalies early, escalate concerns promptly, and keep managers and Customer Success informed before being asked. You will also serve as a mentor and knowledge resource for junior and peer analysts on the team.

The right person is self-directed, detail-oriented, and motivated by ownership over outcomes — not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution end to end for assigned accounts — setup, QA, launch, optimization, and pacing management — with full accountability for outcomes
  • Proactively monitor daily campaign health (pacing, fraud rates, KPI shifts, creative performance, delivery health) and flag anomalies early
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve performance issues without being prompted, bringing context, root-cause hypotheses, and recommended solutions
  • Execute advanced optimizations and testing strategies, interpret results, and translate learnings into next actions that improve performance and client outcomes
  • Identify risks early and communicate to managers and Customer Success with clear, structured updates on performance, test status, issues, and pacing changes — before being asked
  • Respond quickly to system alerts, pacing issues, and Customer Success inquiries within defined SLAs; participate reliably in on-call rotations and maintain thorough issue logs
  • Document all tests and experiments in organized, reusable formats; contribute to internal playbooks, test summaries, and tooling feedback to scale team effectiveness
  • Collaborate directly with Customer Success and Product partners on account needs to unblock execution and improve outcomes
  • Mentor and support junior and peer analysts by reviewing work, troubleshooting issues, sharing best practices, and providing coverage when needed

Required Skills and Experience

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years of hands-on analytics experience
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related analytical field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively — identifies problems and acts without needing to be prompted
  • High attention to detail with a strong standard for execution quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with ClickHouse, Sisense, or similar BI and data tools
  • Experience in campaign management or performance marketing
  • Track record of mentoring or supporting junior analysts

Why Join RZR?

  • High-performance, high-ownership culture — you will operate with genuine autonomy over your accounts and be measured by outcomes, not activity
  • Build deep technical and analytical skills — with access to large-scale, real-world campaign data and mentorship from a senior global team
  • Exposure to adtech, machine learning, and large-scale campaign analytics — RZR's platform operates at massive scale using ML-driven optimization across UA, retargeting, and CTV campaigns
  • Directly influence client outcomes — your analysis, optimizations, and testing decisions have a visible, measurable impact on performance and client success from day one

RZR Behaviors

RZR operates by eight core behaviors: Extreme Ownership · Move Fast · Drive for Excellence · Proactive Communication · Courage · Curiosity · Deliver Results · Manage Ambiguity
