What You'll Do:
- Lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects across the Carolinas, from strategy through execution
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, regulators, and stakeholders on technically challenging, high-stakes work
- Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business growth initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and quality review for reports, proposals, and deliverables
- Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff, helping build future leaders within the organization
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, team development, and continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Strong technical expertise in site assessment, remediation, and risk-based cleanup
- Experience navigating regulatory programs in North and South Carolina, including NC Brownfields
- Proven client management, communication, and business development skills
- A passion for mentoring others and fostering team growth
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional work
