Drive recruitment strategic direction, management and develop the team
Build healthy and professional agency force in HK
Meet the agent’s manpower goal set by CAO
Establish a strong FWD Recruitment culture in Hong Kong
Execute and monitor effective Agency Recruitment campaign to boost recruitment activities without compromising quality
Ensure that Agency Recruitment comply with all regulatory and statutory requirements
The Job
7 to 10 years in Life Insurance or bank industry with business Degree or professional qualification in management field
Solid working experience of the Agency Recruitment workflow
Good understanding of agency operations and management issues
Result and action oriented
Persuasive and able to convey ideas, negotiation and influence skills.
Strategic mindset and visionary, able to think beyond status quo.
Ability to lead recruitment team if needed in a competitive environment
