Senior Manager, Data, Insights & Measurement (ANZ)

JOLT is the world's largest EV charging and digital out-of-home (DOOH) media company, combining media, mobility and technology to create a unique advertising platform.

As we continue to build and evolve a best-in-class data, insights and measurement capability across ANZ, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what comes next and help establish JOLT as a market leader in audience intelligence, measurement and commercial innovation.

You'll own JOLT's commercial data, insights, attribution and measurement capability across ANZ across one of Australia's fastest growing digital media networks. Working across JOLT’s Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) and in-app media network, programmatic and audience intelligence, you'll partner with Sales, clients, agencies and media partners to deliver market-leading planning, targeting, attribution and measurement solutions that drive commercial outcomes. This role sits firmly within the media industry and is ideally suited to someone with experience across DOOH media, digital media, programmatic advertising, media agencies, publishers or ad technology. You'll thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, enjoy navigating ambiguity and be energised by building the plane while flying it.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with clients, agencies and data partners, balancing technical problem-solving with commercial thinking. One day you might be building an AI-enabled workflow or refining an attribution model; the next you'll be presenting to clients or supporting a major pitch.

AI is a core part of how this role operates and a genuine hiring bar. We're looking for someone who's already using AI well beyond everyday productivity. You should be able to demonstrate how you've used AI through agents, automations, workflows or prototypes—to solve real business problems, improve quality, deliver innovation and reduce manual effort.
