Job Responsibilities-
Being responsible for Infollion’s business growth through managing and growing our existing clients.
Project Management - Understand client requirements, scope of work, manage end-to-end execution
Read and actively search information that helps you understand your client’s industry.
Tracks competitive and other information that will be of value to your teams and clients.
Manage and lead a whole team towards achieving success.
Build direct report’s capabilities and provide performance management
Work closely with various departments and teams to enhance cross functional partnerships and processes
Requirements-
Minimum 7 years of experience in client servicing and management
Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and enterprising skills
Easily adaptable to changing and fast-paced environment
