You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy Ageing Programme Department, which strives to help older adults to improve and maintain their functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices and increase the quality and years of healthy life. As Singapore’s healthcare and aged care systems transform under national directives such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG, HPB drives the national implementation of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP) strategy in close collaboration with Active Ageing Centres (AACs), Regional Health Systems (RHSes), and whole-of-government agencies to initiate, encourage and empower seniors to adopt and sustain healthy habits, and age well independently through community-based programmes and self-directed initiatives .
[What you will be working on]
As a key member of the Healthy Ageing Programme Department, you will lead the product vision, design and implementation of digital programmes on Healthy 365 to support older adults in building healthy ageing behaviours, with a focus on regular physical activity. You will lead the longer-term product roadmap, set priorities and shape product iterations, engage key stakeholders and ensure alignment with HPB's healthy ageing strategy.
You will translate programme objectives into clear product logic and user journeys, make decisions on feature prioritisation and enhancements, and lead user experience testing to ensure the products remains fit for purpose. Working closely with subject matter experts including physiotherapists and sports science specialists, you will lead the development of curriculum structure and content, ensuring accuracy and safety. You will also work with platform and IT teams to drive user acceptance testing, resolve implementation challenges and ensure launch readiness.
You will assess feature effectiveness, guide product and curriculum decisions, and recommend refinements to support the longer-term vision for the programmes. Beyond your core product role, you will also support the department in monitoring and analysing outcomes across key programmes — including deeper-dive analyses to surface strategic insights and improve programme outcomes.
[What we are looking for]
An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in digital product strategy, product management, service design, or related roles. Experience in healthy ageing and physical activity programming would be advantageous.
The candidate should also possess:
- A degree in a relevant discipline such as information systems, business, public health, or a related field.
- Strong product ownership and decision-making skills, with the ability to weigh user needs, operational feasibility and strategic priorities to make sound and timely recommendations.
- Good understanding of user-centred design principles and behavioural science, with the ability to apply these practically to design product experiences that drive behaviour change.
- Strong structured thinking and content organisation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear product logic and communicate it effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical judgement, with comfort interpreting data, identifying trends and using evidence to guide decisions and prioritisation.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams, align diverse perspectives and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract.
