About the Role
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance & Improvement is responsible for driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and operating model implementation across Enterprise Services.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Operations & Performance, the role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to identify, deliver and embed initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality and organisational performance.
The role acts as a key connector across functions, helping translate enterprise priorities into practical improvements and measurable outcomes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise and cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and service delivery outcomes.
Identify, assess and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and the customer experience across Enterprise Services.
Facilitate process reviews, operational diagnostics and improvement programs, supporting sustainable outcomes across people, process and technology.
Support the implementation, optimisation and maturity of the Enterprise Services operating model, including frameworks, standards and ways of working.
Drive consistency, simplification and standardisation across business processes and service delivery activities.
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver improvement initiatives and enterprise priorities.
Support business case development, implementation planning and benefits realisation activities.
Monitor, measure and report on operational performance, initiative progress and realised value.
Provide trusted advice and recommendations on operational performance and improvement opportunities.
Build continuous improvement capability and promote a culture of service excellence, collaboration and enterprise thinking.

Qualifications and Experience required:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Management or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in operational excellence, business improvement, transformation or consulting environments.
Proven experience leading process improvement and operating model implementation initiatives.
Experience working across multiple business functions and navigating complex organisational environments.
Strong analytical and reporting capability, including measuring and tracking business outcomes.
