TGE Freight is transforming and we're looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Industrial & Employee Relations to help lead that journey.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll partner with executives, influence business strategy and lead Industrial & Employee Relations across a large, complex and highly unionised national workforce.
You'll be at the forefront of enterprise bargaining, industrial strategy, organisational change and high-profile workplace matters, providing trusted advice that drives commercial outcomes while managing business risk.
What you'll bring
Extensive senior ER/IR experience within a large, unionised organisation.
A proven track record leading enterprise bargaining and complex industrial negotiations.
Deep knowledge of Australian employment and industrial relations legislation.
Experience managing industrial disputes and representing organisations before the Fair Work Commission.
Outstanding commercial judgement, executive presence and stakeholder influence.
