Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Manager – International Business (Global Regions) who will act as a key interface between our international teams and domestic operations. This individual will be responsible for driving global growth, building strategic partnerships, and supporting portfolio expansion across multiple regions.
The role requires managing a team of Assistant Managers and driving initiatives across multiple functions including supply chain, central functions, marketing, and growth. Success will depend on strong cross‑functional collaboration and the ability to handle diverse stakeholders within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Global Business Development: Lead international growth across regions through evaluation of new partners, lead generation, and portfolio expansion.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor Assistant Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and international business priorities.
Cross‑functional Collaboration: Drive initiatives across supply chain, central functions, marketing, and growth teams to ensure seamless execution.
Deal Execution: Lead the BD cycle including proposal creation, negotiation, and contract execution with global stakeholders.
Financial Planning: Create and manage annual budgets and forecasts for multiple regions, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Market Strategy: Formulate and execute GTM strategies aligned with diverse market insights and portfolio opportunities.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis across geographies.
Regulatory Insights: Analyze regulatory landscapes and emerging trends globally to support strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
6–8 years of experience in business development, international market strategy, or project/program management (non‑SaaS).
Pedigree from IIT, IIM, BITS, ISB, IIFT, or other Tier‑1 institutions (with preference for International Business specialization).
Preferably with startup experience in program management or project management.
Strong experience in B2B alliances, strategic planning, and cross‑border coordination.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
