Senior Manager, Legal Counsel – CPS and Irish Entities

This role reports to the Senior Director, Legal Counsel - Head of Commercial Product Supply. Commercial Product Supply, or CPS, is a key part of The Coca-Cola Company system, manufacturing and supplying concentrate that enables our brands to reach consumers around the world. The CPS and Irish Entities Legal Team, part of the Global Strategic Partnerships team, supports a broad portfolio, including concentrate manufacturing, supply chain operations and corporate strategic transactions.

As Senior Manager, Legal Counsel, you will be a commercially minded legal partner supporting corporate transactions, corporate governance and operational matters in Ireland and France. You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Treasury, Tax, Corporate Development and Supply Chain to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that supports the Company’s priorities.

What You’ll Do for Us:

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, investments, banking and finance transactions
• Negotiate, review and draft commercial, procurement, intragroup and supply chain agreements.
• Lead legal support on corporate governance, reporting and subsidiary management.
• Advise on regulatory matters relating to the Irish operations and support the business in navigating evolving regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and strategies.
• Provide legal research and analysis for the team and business.
• Lead and collaborate in cross- functional and global projects.
• Support other legal workstreams within the team as business needs evolve.
• Foster strong, networked collaboration among business partners and legal professionals to ensure legal services are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Required

• Solicitor qualified to practice in Ireland (3 years+ PQE) with experience in corporate law gained in-house or in private practice.
• Flexibility to work across other legal areas.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to influence, build trust and engage effectively with business partners and legal colleagues.
• Digital acumen, including AI assisted legal review.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to be self -directed, flexible and prioritise to meet fast paced business needs.
• Passion for our Business and Brands.

Preferred

• French Language skills preferred but not required.
• Experience in employment law, GDPR, digital.
