[What the role is]
The Health Promotion Board’s vision is to make Singapore a nation of healthier people.[What you will be working on]
You will lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that empower Singapore residents to live healthier lives. Specifically:
You will develop and implement through-the-line marketing strategies spanning above-the-line, below-the-line, digital, and database marketing as part of cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
You will drive stakeholder alignment and collaboration across go-to-market strategies, including eco-systemic marketing, tactical promotions and media activations, all tied to clear KPIs.
You will synthesise marketing data and consumer insights to craft innovative, credible, data-driven communications that influence and sustain healthy behaviours.
You will monitor and evaluate campaign performance, continuously refining messages and execution to hit targets and raise the bar.
You will manage budgets, procurement, invoicing, forecasting and project timelines with financial prudence and a sharp eye for delivery.
You will lead and collaborate with creative and media agencies, media owners and content partners to drive results.
You will represent HPB's voice on social media, delivering timely and thoughtful responses to public queries via our Customer Experience Management platform.
[What we are looking for]
You're a driven, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in work that creates real-life impact. You bring:
A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in integrated communications, marketing, branding or event management in a B2C environment;
A strong command of social media and digital analytics;
Sharp project management and budget planning capabilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams;
The agility to multi-task and thrive in a complex, matrix organisation.
Successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract.
