Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Hospitality

London, United KingdomRemoteFull-timeSenior · 10+ yearsH1B likely

About this role

Lightspeed is looking for a senior Product Marketing leader to own the go-to-market success of our Hospitality product portfolio across EMEA.

You will lead a high-performing, full-lifecycle Product Marketing team with an established mandate spanning the entire customer journey, from market insight and positioning through roadmap shaping, launch, adoption, expansion and retention, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, you will act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing and the broader GTM organisation, while serving as the voice of the restaurateur inside Lightspeed.

This is a highly strategic leadership role. You'll define the Product Marketing vision and operating model for Hospitality across EMEA, partnering directly with senior Product leadership to shape business direction while empowering a team of experienced Product Marketers to independently own their product domains.

What you'll be doing

Product Marketing Strategy

Define and own the Product Marketing strategy for the Hospitality portfolio across EMEA. Translate company objectives into clear Product Marketing priorities and establish the strategic direction for the team, ensuring Product Marketing acts as a strategic business partner rather than simply a launch function.

Go-to-Market Leadership

Architect and orchestrate the EMEA go-to-market strategy for the Hospitality product portfolio, aligning Product, Sales and Marketing around it while owning commercial outcomes.

Drive go-to-market strategy across multiple products, customer segments and growth motions, ensuring the team delivers measurable commercial impact throughout the customer lifecycle.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor and grow a team of four experienced Product Marketers.

Coach experienced Product Marketers into strategic leaders, empowering them to independently define strategy for their product domains while providing coaching, challenge and direction where required.

Define team OKRs, establish operating rhythms and create an environment where Product Marketers own strategic thinking rather than simply executing assigned work.

Product Partnership

Deepen the established partnership with Product and Technology teams, shaping the product roadmap with market and customer evidence and running a proven launch process for new products and features.

Act as a strategic partner to Directors, VPs and senior Product leaders, using customer insight, competitive intelligence and commercial evidence to influence roadmap prioritisation, challenge assumptions and shape long-term product direction.

Champion the "voice of the customer" in strategic Product discussions, helping Product teams make investment decisions based on measurable commercial opportunity.

Customer & Market Insights

Champion the voice of the customer across the organisation.

Define the market research roadmap and surface insights that inform Product strategy, positioning and GTM planning.

Translate customer and market insights into strategic recommendations that influence Product investment, commercial priorities and future roadmap decisions.

Messaging & Positioning

Own the messaging and positioning framework for Lightspeed's Hospitality solutions, establishing clear competitive differentiation and translating product value for internal and external audiences.

Budget ownership

Own and deploy the Hospitality PMM budget, prioritizing investments that drive the largest business outcomes and reporting on return.

Lifecycle Marketing & Revenue Impact

Direct lifecycle marketing strategies across the full customer journey, including launch, onboarding, adoption, upsell, cross-sell and retention, with measurable contribution to revenue and expansion targets.

Pricing & Packaging

Drive pricing and packaging alignment across GTM, Product, RevOps and Finance, ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in market and customer insight.

Sales Enablement

Equip Sales and Partner teams with the messaging, tools and training required to successfully position and sell Hospitality offerings.

Operational Excellence

Maintain and continuously improve Product Marketing processes across launch management, insight sharing and cross-functional planning.

Cross-functional Leadership

Build influential relationships across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Regional Marketing teams.

Successfully align senior stakeholders with competing priorities, influencing decisions without direct authority across multiple regions and functions.

What you need to bring

  • 10+ years of Product Marketing, within B2B SaaS, or Hospitality

  • Experience owning Product Marketing across multiple products, business units or portfolios, rather than a single product area or feature set.

  • Experience defining Product Marketing strategy and team priorities, not solely executing company strategy or translating existing OKRs into delivery plans.

  • 5+ years leading, coaching and developing high-performing Product Marketing teams.

  • A proven track record of coaching experienced Product Marketers to independently own Product Marketing strategy for their domains.

  • Demonstrated success partnering with Product and Technology teams to influence roadmaps and deliver successful launches.

  • Experience working directly with senior Product leadership (Director, VP or CPO level) to influence roadmap priorities using customer insight, market evidence and commercial data.

  • Experience owning post-launch growth motions (adoption, upsell, cross-sell and retention) with clear revenue accountability.

  • Experience leading pricing and packaging initiatives alongside Product, Finance and Revenue Operations.

  • Strong commercial and quantitative acumen, with the ability to connect Product Marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • An AI-first working mindset, from research and content generation to launch execution, with experience raising a team's AI capability.

  • Genuine curiosity about helping SMBs and restaurateurs succeed.

  • Experience within Hospitality or Restaurant Technology.

Even better if you have

  • Experience working across multiple European markets.

  • Experience working within Hospitality Technology or Restaurant SaaS.

  • French, Dutch or German language skills.

  • MBA or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
