About this role

At SingleInterface, we are redefining how multi-location brands connect with customers in an AI-driven digital world. Backed by $30M in funding from PayPal Ventures and Asia Partners, we are scaling our AI Retail Tech Platform to empower businesses with seamless digital presence management, AI-powered customer engagement, online reputation management, and store-level product & service integration. Our data-driven approach helps brands enhance customer experience, gain insights, and drive revenue growth.

Our Vision
Making AI-driven solutions simple & accessible for hyperlocal businesses to manage complex digital marketing needs.

Our Goal

Our Core Values
Customer First – We put our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Getting Things Done – Speed and execution define our approach.
Being Authentic – We stay true to our people and mission.
Being Finicky – We obsess over the details that matter.
Being Techurious – We challenge the status quo with tech-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. GTM planning and rollout
GTM execution. Run the operating cadence across parallel motions. Build and maintain the funnel model (meetings → pilots → conversions), track against quarterly targets, and run the weekly review that surfaces slippage early. Convert account-level prospect lists into outreach sequences and hold the team to them.

2. Product roadmap coordination.
Sit between commercial reality and the product roadmap. Translate customer and pipeline signal into prioritized roadmap input, track delivery against committed dates, and flag — bluntly and early — when a roadmap gap will cost a deal. You will not own engineering, but you will own the truth about what is shippable when.

3. Customer success.
Build and run the post-sale motion: Define the SOPs, test it on different phases - onboarding tracking, health monitoring, retention, and expansion - and then identify the team required to execute on scale.

4. Business management.
Own the operating rhythm — board/founder updates, BU dashboards, pricing-model administration (consumption-based, multi-lever), margin tracking by product line, and the AOP refresh cycle. Keep the single source of truth clean and current. SingleInterface

5. Executive Storytelling
• Create leadership-ready decks that turn complex data into clear business narratives
• Present with sharp commercial framing and clear recommendations
• Hold a high bar for visual clarity and insight quality

5. AI & Automation
• Use AI tools and prompting workflows to compress turnaround on analysis, reporting, and content
• Build repeatable prompt systems and automations that scale across the team

6. Market & Industry Research
• Run deep-dives on competitors, the SEO/local discovery ecosystem, AI and voice-tech, and consumer internet trends
• Distil findings into concise, decision-ready insights for leadership

7. Strategic Initiatives
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — podcast, case studies, thought-leadership and other brand and growth programs as they emerge
• Partner with Client Success and New Business Development to capture data in structured formats that flow cleanly into reporting and analysis
• Define templates, intake formats, and tagging conventions to keep data consistent across teams

What We’re Looking For
• Background in consulting, strategy & ops, BU/Chief-of-Staff, or early-stage GTM roles. B2B SaaS or enterprise tech strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of a cross-functional operating cadence — not just analysis, but driving execution to a deadline.
• Strong commercial modeling: funnel math, unit economics, pricing, margin. You can build and defend a forecast.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, with contested priorities and limited air cover. You form a view, pressure-test it against data, and hold it under challenge.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills; comfortable with large datasets and ambiguous problems
• Familiarity with Voice AI space — or quick to ramp on them
• Hands-on with AI tools, prompting workflows, and automation
• High agency, business acumen, and ownership mindset — comfortable balancing strategy and execution

Why This Role
Part strategy consulting, part growth analytics, part founder’s office — with the ownership of running real initiatives, direct exposure to leadership, and the leverage of AI-enabled execution. SingleInterface •
