Senior Network Engineer

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Exempt

DAS Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced network professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, leading infrastructure initiatives, mentoring engineers, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Western U.S. and Pacific Time Zone candidates are preferred to support client and team coverage needs. This position also participates in a shared on-call rotation supporting critical network escalations outside of normal business hours.

What You'll Do
  • Design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions for healthcare organizations and business clients.
  • Lead network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and data center initiatives.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple networking technologies.
  • Partner directly with clients to assess environments, provide strategic recommendations, and implement solutions.
  • Support discovery, consulting, and pre-sales engagements.
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the team.
  • Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of Network Engineering experience.
  • 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure, engineering, or support experience.
  • Strong expertise with routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, WAN, LAN, and wireless technologies.
  • Experience designing complex enterprise and data center networking solutions.
  • Cloud networking experience.
  • Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.
  • CCNA preferred, with advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL considered a plus.
  • MSP experience highly valued.
