About the role

As a Senior Operational Resilience Specialist, you'll play a key role in helping ensure our business remains resilient, prepared and responsive in an ever-changing regulatory and operational environment. Working closely with the Head of Operational Risk & Resilience, you'll lead the development and ongoing enhancement of our Operational Resilience and Incident Management frameworks, helping to protect important business services and deliver positive outcomes for customers.

You'll provide expert guidance and constructive challenge across the business, supporting resilience assessments, incident response activities, regulatory compliance, supplier oversight and business continuity planning. This is an opportunity to influence strategic decision-making, collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing maturity of our Operational Resilience capabilities.

About You

You're an experienced Operational Resilience professional with a strong understanding of industry best practice and regulatory requirements, ideally gained within the financial services sector. You enjoy building relationships, partnering with stakeholders and providing expert advice that helps drive continuous improvement and resilience across an organisation.

You’ll have experience in Incident Management, with the ability to provide support to the business during periods of significant disruption.  

You'll be confident influencing and challenging at all levels, with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical outcomes. Highly organised and commercially aware, you'll bring experience of incident management, resilience testing and supporting businesses through change while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
