What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Finance Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite Financials applications. In this role, you will own end-to-end finance business process design, requirements gathering, solution configuration, testing, integrations, reporting, and production support initiatives across Oracle Financial modules. The role will focus on financial process transformation, Oracle Financials solution architecture, controls and compliance, integrations, and business process optimization, ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that support global finance operations.
Responsibilities
Oracle Financials Functional Consulting
Business Process Analysis
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Services teams to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze current-state processes and design future-state Oracle EBS Financial solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Solution Design & Configuration
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules based on business requirements.
• Design functional solutions for new initiatives, enhancements, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations.
Financial Systems Support
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle Financial applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities. Controls, Compliance & Audit
• Ensure solutions comply with SOX, audit, and corporate governance requirements.
• Design and maintain application controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
Integrations & Data Management
• Define functional requirements for integrations between Oracle EBS and enterprise applications.
• Support inbound and outbound interfaces with ERP, CRM, Banking, Tax, Payroll, Procurement, and reporting platforms.
• Assist with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and financial reporting requirements.
Testing & Deployment
• Develop test strategies, test scripts, and UAT plans.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.

Experience
• 8-12+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financials. • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Finance modules.
• Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP enhancements, and global implementations.
• Experience supporting multinational finance organizations and shared service environments.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Tax and Compliance Processes
What You May Need to be Successful:
• Oracle Financials Cloud experience.
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades from 12.1.3 to 12.2.x.
• Experience with BlackLine, Concur, Coupa, Kyriba, Avalara, or similar finance platforms.
• CPA, CMA, Oracle Financials Certification, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience supporting SOX-controlled public company environments.
