Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, along with the ability to work directly with international stakeholders and deliver scalable business solutions.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, experience working with global clients, and a passion for leveraging Microsoft's low-code platform and AI capabilities to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Develop and automate business workflows using Power Automate.
- Design AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications.
- Follow best practices for governance, security, performance optimization, and solution deployment.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
- Strong experience with Power Automate.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI-powered Power Platform solutions.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services and external APIs.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse and Power Platform architecture.
- Experience working with international clients in a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Power Platform Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with Power Pages.
- Experience with AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot.
- Knowledge of Azure services.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
