What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Explain parking rates and provide vehicle retrieval instructions.
- Perform vehicle inspections according to company procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Assist guests with questions and resolve concerns professionally.
- Stay active throughout your shift, including standing, walking, running, and lifting items up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Assist with light cleaning, maintenance, and special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Available to work weekends.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous valet parking experience (1+ year).
- Customer service experience (1+ year).
- Ability to drive a manual/stick-shift transmission.
