Card experiences carry real financial weight for customers, many of them building financial footing in a new country — onboarding, disclosures, funding, and everyday spend all demand clarity, dignity, and accuracy.
In this role, you will drive strategic design work across defined parts of the card experience, from onboarding and activation through funding and account management. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Writers to define customer problems and goals, using strong communication and influence skills to build alignment across the organization. You will take pride in setting the bar for craft, designing experiences that customers love while delivering meaningful business value. You will report to the GM, Remitly Card, and work in a hybrid capacity from our Arlington office.
