Oportun is seeking a talented, customer-focused, and analytical Senior Product Manager to join the Servicing & Payments team.
You will help create a trusted post-disbursement experience that strengthens members’ confidence in Oportun, supports their financial health, and encourages continued engagement and repeat member behavior. You are responsible for making repayment easy, intelligent, successful, and accurately reflected for lending members
In this role, you will define product strategy, set measurable objectives and key results, create outcome-oriented roadmaps, and partner with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, compliance, and other teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
