About this role

Company Description

We're ASOS, the online retailer for fashion lovers all around the world.

We exist to give our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgement, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. We're Disability Confident Committed - let our Talent team know if you need any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process

Job Description

At ASOS, Product and Technology are central to how we simplify the business, improve experiences for customers, colleagues and partners, and create the capabilities needed for future growth. Our teams work across business process, data and technology to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

We are undertaking a significant transformation as we move from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics and rethink how colleagues and partners interact with enterprise platforms, including through automation, AI-enabled experiences and agentic workflows.

As a Senior Product Manager at ASOS, you’ll work across functions to define meaningful outcomes, simplify how the business operates and lead teams from discovery through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.

You’ll join our Fashion Product Team, which supports internal customers across business, operations and supplier functions. The team’s broad remit spans the products, platforms, data and processes that help colleagues and suppliers work effectively across the product lifecycle, from product and supplier setup through ordering, inbounding and operational support.

This role follows a hybrid working model, with an expectation that you will work on-site from our London office three days per week, enabling close collaboration with business, operational, product and technology teams.

The Details

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and build the next generation of ASOS’s seller-facing experience. You’ll create the vision for a unified Seller Portal that brings together valuable capabilities already available across existing tools and modules, while identifying and building new capabilities from the ground up. The role will span end-to-end seller journeys, including onboarding, product and catalogue activity, purchase order visibility and amendment, status and exception management, shipping information, support and self-service. You’ll start with deep discovery, then shape a coherent roadmap and experience that works for sellers and the internal teams who support them.

  • Define the vision, product strategy and roadmap for a unified Seller Portal, balancing near-term reuse with a clear long-term platform direction.
  • Map end-to-end seller and internal-user journeys, clarify roles and access, and remove fragmentation across existing vendor-facing tools and processes.
  • Evaluate existing modules and capabilities for reuse, integration or redesign, creating a consistent experience rather than a collection of disconnected features.
  • Lead discovery for new modules that need to be built from the ground up and translate validated problems into clear product outcomes, requirements and delivery increments.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Data, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance and operational teams to align front-end journeys, business rules, integrations and backend services.
  • Design for multiple seller, partner and fulfilment models, recognising where common capabilities can be shared and where differentiated journeys are genuinely required.
  • Create measurable outcomes for seller adoption, process efficiency, data quality, support demand and speed to trade.
  • Build trusted relationships across senior leadership, operational, business and technology teams. Bring constructive challenge, use evidence to test assumptions, and be prepared to push back respectfully when proposals add unnecessary complexity, weaken the intended outcome or do not represent the best use of organisational capacity.

Qualifications

  • A strong track record of simplifying complex business processes before translating them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Proven experience building or significantly evolving a vendor-facing, seller-facing, partner or B2B self-service platform.
  • Experience unifying capabilities from multiple products or modules into a coherent portal or platform experience.
  • Experience taking new platform capabilities from discovery and concept through to delivery and adoption.
  • Proven ability to move quickly between business and technology mindsets, translating effectively between operational needs, product outcomes and technical constraints.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership, with experience influencing senior leaders and working closely with operational, business and technology teams.
  • The confidence and judgement to challenge constructively, push back respectfully and create alignment around evidence-based decisions.
  • Understanding of marketplace, retail, supplier, catalogue, order or fulfilment workflows would be highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and successful delivery depends on creating clarity from ambiguity.
  • Strong analytical capability and a commitment to using data, operational evidence and measurable outcomes to guide decisions.
