RBS Store Ops team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own end to end elimination of catalog enrichment defects for 3P Paid Seller Ops program. This role will leverage internal tech/automation tools to drive fix rate improvement to full entitlement reducing manual intervention and improving Seller Experience at scale. This role requires partnering with tools team, data science, engineering, and legal/policy teams to improve pipeline performance, validate automation eligibility, and expand use case coverage.Key success factors for this role will be performance on Business goals, Seller and Customer Experience.
Candidate Profile
Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in Vendor/Seller Management and Retail Operations. Additionally, have program management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and drive project execution. Lastly, you will be expected to deliver solutions and programs that are technology based, highly scalable - while maintaining a good customer and business partner focus.
You will have a demonstrated record of leading projects not only at the strategic level, but also tactically by diving deeply into business and technical domains. This requires a person that is very metrics driven, yet has the vision to scale the business. The individual would be responsible for overall planning, budgeting, growth, delivery and productivity of the program. Would engage with central product and program teams and build customer confidence through quality delivery, robust processes and sound reporting metrics.

- Partner with automation platform, data science, engineering, and legal/policy teams to improve pipeline performance and expand automation eligibility across defect types
- Identify, pilot, and scale new automation use cases across measuring resolution uplift and reducing manual dependency
- Monitor fix rate degradation from data quality gaps and policy changes, driving continuous recalibration to maintain resolution targets
