Senior Program Manager
About this role
We are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded Senior Program Manager to join Landmark Bio. The Senior Program Manager has an in-depth understanding of the processes and systems required to manage complex programs and projects, including extensive experience with Smartsheet, along with a functional understanding of the technical aspects of cell and gene therapy programs and awareness of Landmark Bio’s business objectives.
The Senior Program Manager will support cross-functional program execution by driving operational coordination, maintaining program management tools and documentation, and serving as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients. This role is responsible for managing timelines, dashboards, communications, and process improvements while ensuring programs are executed efficiently and effectively.
