About the Project:
Nawah is a pre-accelerator program by Flat6Labs, supported by Google for Startups, designed to empower early-stage Palestinian startups and entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, mentorship, and networks they need to build and grow successful businesses.
Through a rigorous, hands-on program, Nawah supports founders in validating their ideas, testing key business assumptions, developing their MVPs, strengthening their go-to-market strategies, and preparing for sustainable growth. The program combines practical workshops, tailored mentorship, expert sessions, and access to a wider network of entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
Across multiple cycles, Nawah aims to support a diverse community of Palestinian founders, helping them turn promising ideas into scalable, market-driven startups and connecting them with opportunities, resources, and networks that can accelerate their growth.
The program is delivered by Flat6Labs with the support of Google for Startups, with a strong focus on creating meaningful impact within Palestine’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

About the Role:
Flat6Labs Senior Program Officer, is responsible for supporting Flat6Labs startups in their day-to-day activities as well as supporting the program team in organizing cycle processes, documentation and events. This role would suit a highly proactive, technology savvy and organized individual who is passionate about entrepreneurship and startups and who is inspired to work with startups on a daily basis.
