Senior Project Manager

About this role

Role Summary
This opening is for Antier's AI Department. This is not a coordination role. We're hiring a senior delivery owner who acts as the right hand to the department lead - someone who takes full end-to-end accountability for project delivery, requirements, client relationships, and revenue growth on their accounts. The ideal candidate combines proven Project Management discipline (planning, tracking, delivery) with strong Business Analyst instincts (spotting edge cases, unstated requirements, and risks before they surface), plus the client-facing confidence to run sales calls and convert them into upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned projects - planning, execution, tracking, and closure - with full accountability for outcomes, not just status updates.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and edge cases before they become blockers; anticipate problems the client or team hasn't raised yet.
• Drive resolution of delivery issues independently, escalating only when necessary.
• Own the P&L for assigned accounts - track project profitability, effort vs. billing, and margin against the original SOW estimate.
Business Analysis
• Gather, structure, and validate requirements directly with clients - translating ambiguous asks into clear scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce and maintain SOWs, BRDs, process flows, and other delivery documentation.
Must-Have Skills, Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent PM/BA-focused postgraduate qualification is a plus. • 3+ years of experience in Project Management in IT/software services.
• Prior experience delivering AI or other emerging-tech projects is a strong plus.
• Must be able to understand AI solution concepts, architecture and constraints well enough to independently spot technical edge cases and translate between clients and delivery teams
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team (junior PMs/BAs or coordinators).
• Hands-on experience owning project P&L - tracking margin, effort vs. billing, and cost overruns. • Working knowledge of PM/documentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and full accountability for outcomes.
Nice-to-Have
• PMP, CSM/PSM, CBAP/CCBA or equivalent PM/BA certification.
• Hands-on technical background (development, QA, or architecture) prior to moving into PM/BA work. • Experience with international/enterprise clients across time zones.
What Success Looks Like
• Leadership does not need to chase status - updates and risks are surfaced proactively.
• Clients treat this person as a trusted advisor, not a ticket-router.
• Accounts under their ownership show measurable upsell growth over time
• Documentation is complete and audit-ready at every stage without being asked. • Delivery SLAs and milestone commitments are consistently met or proactively renegotiated ahead of time. • Account-level margins hold at or above target, with no unbilled scope creep going unnoticed.
