Senior PSP Specialist
About this role
JobMatchingPartner is currently assisting an iGaming company in the search for a Senior PSP Specialist to join their Finance Department. Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the selected candidate will be taking ownership of the end-to-end PSP reconciliation process.
This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €40K (negotiable depending on experience).
Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end high-volume reconciliations for multiple PSPs and bank accounts
Record, monitor and review transactions including deposits, settlements, withdrawals, fees, chargebacks and reserves
Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and liaise with internal teams and PSP providers accordingly
Act as a mentor for junior team members and review their work
Lead month-end and year-end close activities
Analyse data to identify trends and variances, offering practical recommendations
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across reconciliation, controls and reporting
Be the go-to expert on PSP accounting and reconciliations and provide support to the Finance Team
Liaise closely with internal teams - Payments, Operations and Treasury
Support internal and external audits, provide documentation and respond to queries as needed
Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience
2+ years experience in PSP reconciliations within the iGaming industry
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience in managing complex reconciliations
Previous experience in mentoring junior team members
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets and Pivot Tables, complex formulas and in handling large transactional datasets
Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines, and collaborate within a team
About the Role
Salary of up to €40K negotiable depending on experience
10% bonus after probation
Hybrid based in Tal-Ibragg - 3 days at the office, 2 days work from home
